Open to remote. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">How you will contribute</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Senior Product Owner to lead the product strategy and execution for multiple tax and HR products within Asure Software's Human Capital Management (HCM) portfolio. This role requires a seasoned professional who can balance strategic product vision with tactical delivery excellence, managing complex product roadmaps while ensuring timely delivery of high-value features to our customers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Strategy &amp; Vision</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple tax and HR products within the HCM portfolio</li>\n<li>Define and communicate product value propositions that align with market needs and business objectives</li>\n<li>Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation</li>\n<li>Establish product KPIs and success metrics, regularly reporting on product performance and ROI</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li> Drive aggressive delivery timelines while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction</li>\n<li>Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning for multiple product teams</li>\n<li>Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies</li>\n<li>Remove impediments and make quick decisions to keep development teams productive and on schedule</li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-product dependencies and ensure alignment across the HCM portfolio</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li> Partner with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product capabilities and roadmap</li>\n<li>Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories</li>\n<li>Present product updates and demonstrations to executive leadership, customers, and prospects</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Focus</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain deep understanding of payroll tax and HR workflows, compliance requirements, and industry best practices</li>\n<li>Engage directly with customers to understand pain points and validate product solutions</li>\n<li>Monitor customer adoption, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics to inform product decisions</li>\n<li>Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of product management/product owner experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role</li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully managing multiple B2B SaaS products simultaneously<br></li>\n<li>Deep domain expertise in payroll, HR, or HCM software products<br></li>\n<li>Experience working with complex, regulated products requiring compliance knowledge (tax, labor laws, etc.)</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in delivery-focused environments with aggressive timelines</li>\n<li>MBA or advanced degree in Business or equivalent experience, Computer Science, or related field preferred</li>\n<li>Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO) or similar credentials preferred</li>\n<li>Experience with payroll tax platforms, time and attendance systems, or benefits administration platforms serving small businesses to enterprise clientele preferred</li>\n<li>Knowledge of US and Canadian payroll and HR requirements for multi-jurisdiction organizations preferred</li>\n<li>Experience with product-led growth strategies and customer self-service capabilities preferred</li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI/ML applications in HCM products preferred</li>\n<li>Track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
