This designation reflects the company’s commitment to hiring and supporting active-duty and veteran employees.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Empower AI:</strong> As the Transition Program Resource Review Committee (PRRC) Manager, leads and manages the recruiting effort across Team Empower AI during Transition-In operations.  The PRRC Manager maximizes the global staffing reach of our large-business subcontractors and the specialized capabilities of our small-business subcontractors and manages immediate and long-term staffing needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Highlights of Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborates with program manager and staff on staffing requirements and priorities</li>\n <li>Facilitates workshare assignments for all Team Empower AI teammates</li>\n <li>Tracks and reports candidate status</li>\n <li>Conducts daily PRRC Phase-In meetings</li>\n <li>Assists partners in candidate deconfliction process based on workshare, tasks assigned, incumbent status, and first contact.</li>\n <li>Reviews staffing requirements and works with assigned recruiters to develop job requisitions</li>\n <li>Reviews resumes, screens and routes resumes to appropriate manager</li>\n <li>Assists managers in following appropriate interviewing and hiring procedures</li>\n <li>Facilitates hiring of qualified candidates</li>\n <li>Supports the onboarding of new hires</li>\n <li>Maintains business relationships with program managers and teammate recruiters and managers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Secret security clearance</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree</li>\n <li>7-12 years of management experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, Project, and PowerPoint.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or higher</li>\n <li>Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified</li>\n <li>DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) IT Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)</li>\n <li>GSEC or Security+ certified, or higher</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Army Information Technology programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sitting for long periods</li>\n <li>Standing for long periods</li>\n <li>Ambulate throughout an office</li>\n <li>Ambulate between several buildings</li>\n <li>Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required</li>\n <li>Travel by land or air transportation 10% or less</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Empower AI</h2>\n<p>All hiring and promotion decisions at Empower AI are based on merit to bring the best talent available to contribute to our firm’s overall success.
