Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p>Under direct supervision assembles mechanical units or fabricated parts to make sub-assemblies or complete units within routine and repetitive assembly operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Duties include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble components or products.</li>\n <li>Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks.</li>\n <li>Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards.</li>\n <li>Identify and report any defects or issues with components or finished products.</li>\n <li>Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.</li>\n <li>May perform other limited assembly, fabrication, production, or operator tasks of a standard nature.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, diagrams, or assembly instructions.</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Able to learn how to operate basic machinery </li>\n <li>Able to paint and work with insulation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is <strong>$17</strong>/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong>: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 10 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our Culture: </strong>At Lennox, our Core Values of Integrity, Respect & Excellence are ingrained in the fabric of the organization.
