          "text": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facilities within a steel fabrication environment. This role ensures production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Perform routine preventive maintenance on fabrication equipment including CNC machines, presses, shears, brakes, saws, and material handling systems</p><p>• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues</p><p>• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions</p><p>• Assist with installation, setup, and relocation of machinery and equipment</p><p>• Maintain welding machines, forklifts, cranes, and overhead hoists</p><p>• Perform basic fabrication and welding repairs as needed</p><p>• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documents</p><p>• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
