People who aspire to excellence every day.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><br>About the Role:&nbsp;<br>We are currently seeking dedicated Vascular Access Clinical Nurse to join our Vascular Access team at IU Health Fishers. In this vital role, you’ll support the hospital through vascular access responsibilities.<span>&nbsp;</span></p><p>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>Placement of Ultrasound guided IVs, PICCs</li><li>Helping with difficult access or blood draws</li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor and Vascular access inventory and supplies.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Document procedures accurately and in accordance with hospital policy.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with the charge &amp; bedside nurses to ensure optimal patient care.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.&nbsp;<br>What We’re Looking For:&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A team player with strong attention to detail and a calm, focused demeanor.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous Vascular Access nursing experience.&nbsp;<br><br>Qualifications:<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 3-5 yrs of Vascular Access experience required<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ASN required; BSN preferred<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Current Indiana RN license<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA required&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Education: The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience.
