font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Preparing site civil design plans including site layout, grading, drainage, water and sanitary sewer design, utility plans and erosion control</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Developing construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assisting with stormwater management design and calculations</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Supporting permitting efforts with local and state agencies</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Coordinating with internal disciplines and external partners</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
