This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about training, quality, and developing high-performing teams.</p><p data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1623\">In this role, you will oversee and deliver laboratory training, mentor staff, and partner closely with management to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive, professional work environment. <strong>This role is 2nd shift, Sunday&ndash;Thursday from 3pm - 12am</strong></p><p data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1980\"><strong data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1649\">Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1980\">Lead, deliver, and oversee training for new and current laboratory personnel.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1980\">Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing performance feedback and development support.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1980\">Evaluate training effectiveness and manage corrective action plans when needed.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1980\">Maintain a collaborative, respectful, and safety-focused workplace culture.</li><li data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2202\">Ensure compliance with the FSNS Quality Manual, SOPs, QC standards, and ISO 17025 guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2202\">Conduct internal audits related to training and test performance.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2202\">Maintain trainer qualifications and required certifications.</li><li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2515\">Process samples and perform testing as needed across multiple laboratory areas.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2515\">Maintain the ability to perform all functions reporting to the supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2515\">Oversee test results and reporting, including communication of out-of-specification results.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2515\">Address client needs in collaboration with the Management Team.</li><li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2515\">Work closely with Operations and Technical Managers to support lab priorities and schedules. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through effective training.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2515\">Stay current with industry trends, scientific literature, and professional development opportunities.</li><li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2515\">Promote and uphold safety standards for yourself and others.
