You’ll gather key information during each call to craft tailored insurance proposals that meet the unique needs of every client. This role involves spending a significant portion of the day on the phone, managing high call volumes while efficiently balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking tech-savvy, self-motivated representatives who can thrive in this dynamic setting and effectively manage their workload. Qualified applicants will reside within 50 miles of our Plano, TX or Liberty Lake, WA office. Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000 expected first year total compensation. $45,000 base salary + uncapped monthly sales incentive. Comprehensive benefits from Day 1, including health and dental insurance, 401K, paid time off, and flexible work arrangements to help you keep balance in your personal and professional life. Hybrid Schedule: The business operates 6 days a week, with shifts assigned between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Qualified candidates are available to work within these operating hours. Qualified candidates will also be available to work three days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office. The other two days you may work from home or in the office. Training Schedule: Unlicensed training begins June 29, 2026 & licensed training begins July 13,2026 . Training days are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm CST / 7:00am to 3:30pm PST. We provide comprehensive training for new hires, offering paid training of either 6 weeks licensed or 8 weeks for those who do not hold a Property and Casualty producer license. Attendance is mandatory during the first four months to support onboarding, training, and early performance development. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or insurance. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Proficient in multitasking, including effective communication and typing while engaging with customers. High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses. Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours. About Us Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
