    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Position:</strong></p><p>Grinders</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong></p><p>Brewton, AL</p><p><strong>Position Type:</strong></p><p>Full Time&nbsp;</p><p>Foundry workers typically work 40 hours per week, but they may work overtime during busy periods.</p><p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><p>Must be able to hold and maintain grinding tools over an extended period of time.&nbsp;</p><p>Inspect castings for shift and other defects.</p><p>Must be precise and focused to prevent over grinding of castings.&nbsp;</p><p>Provide quality control by inspecting work pieces as they come out of the foundry to the grinding department.&nbsp;</p><p>Operates cranes and forklifts to move raw materials within the foundry and finished products out of the foundry.</p><p>Keep all equipment running by inspecting and performing basic maintenance, including lubrication and cleaning, and scheduling repairs when needed.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>Education: high school diploma or GED certificate.&nbsp;</p><p>2-5 years&rsquo; experience as a grinder or similar job.&nbsp;</p><p>Able to stand all day and lift up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</p>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
