font-weight: bold\">How you will contribute </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Payroll Implementation Specialist manages the setup and deployment of payroll solutions within our HRIS platform, partnering with clients to gather requirements, configure payroll, validate data, and support testing and go-live to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide a complete and successful implementation for your clients, while being a subject matter expert with our software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assists in conducting group presentations, training sessions and provides instruction on how to maneuver and maintain Asure Software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confer with customers by telephone or video calls and email to provide information about products and services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Answer customer inquiries regarding system access or system questions to resolve problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information, such as client’s primary and HR contact, employee headcount and work locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Investigate and correct errors on implementation cases and accounts in CRM system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Relay client concerns to the appropriate team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Retrieve corporate documents or case records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken to resolve issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work to determine root-cause issues, identify trends, and increase customer satisfaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work cross-departmentally with other groups to assist with client support to resolution and promote One Asure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide administrative support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Performs other duties as assigned to support overall departmental and Asure client needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver results on time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure client product and Asure procedure adoption.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide status reports and overall project updates to the project team.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications </span><br></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of proven professional consulting experience in implementing HCM software systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3+ years as an expert and/ or specialized knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations in Basic Payroll, Benefit Enrollment and Management, Recruitment, Performance Management and Developmental Tactics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of proven experience with an HRIS, payroll software (Asure Software preferred), and web-based recruiting systems is preferred including logging into other systems and knowing what reports need to be pulled by the different systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3+ years proven project organization and presentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Passion for customer service and overall customer success.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous conflict management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to teach adult learners new technologies and processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other software applications and tools is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to learn and take ownership on projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrate critical thinking with the ability to approach problems tenaciously and with a sense of urgency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to travel from time to time (limited travel &lt;
