You'll be the lead who ensures every creator campaign we deliver meets the highest standards of quality, performance and consistency. This is a leadership role where you'll combine creator campaign leadership with team mentorship and strategic client partnership. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee creator campaign delivery across all client units, with full accountability for quality, performance and consistency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee all new creator-related briefings within client units, including creator year strategies, campaign briefings and ambassador program set-ups</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Act as the quality gate for creator strategies, proposals and pitch output, ensuring strategic sharpness, feasibility and alignment with GS social-first vision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead and oversee the development and execution of creator campaigns and ambassador programs, working closely with unit leadership and strategy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Take the lead on high-stake strategic trajectories, such as creator year plans, complex multi-market campaigns and key client pitches</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage, guide and mentor medior and junior CCM team members in their day-to-day work and development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensures strong collaboration between Creator Campaign Management and other leads across GoSpooky's 3C model, aligning creator work with client goals</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
