Description

The Utilities and Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and reliability of Arcadia’s facilities and utility systems. Arcadia’s utility systems include: Waste Water treatment, Boilers, Air Compressors, Ammonia and Conventional Refrigeration and HVAC systems, and Water Treatment systems (Process Water System and RO water systems). This position is also responsible for the facility and buildings maintenance of all Arcadia’s sites. Additionally, this position is responsible for the leadership and development of the facility and utility maintenance techs across a 7 day operation. Finally, you will be required to work closely with other departments to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency. Your leadership will be critical in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment for your team. What We Do: Arcadia is a people-first organization. Arcadia Beverage has over 80 years of beverage co-packing experience and we are a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non-alcoholic / non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors.
