Follow up for moulds for timely delivery. Checking of moulds and ensure first piece checking before allowing bulk production.</li><li>Ensuring kiln loading &amp; unloading and firing/drying as per schedule provided by QC team</li><li>Ensuring booking of production in SAP and match book stock &amp; physical stock</li><li>Ensuring participation and encourage team in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)</li><li>Participation in all EHS initiatives</li><li>Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion</li><li>Ensuring proper coordination with other departments</li><li>Allocation of manpower and taking work from workers.</li><li>Production dashboard management and ensure 5S culture at shopfloor</li></ul><p data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1379\"><strong data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1377\">Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge on production of Monolithic &amp; PCPF Refractory Shapes.</li><li>Knowledge on study of drawing and understand shapes.</li><li>Knowledge on SAP PP module.</li><li>Basic knowledge on computer operating like MS office.</li></ul><p data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1619\"><strong data-start=\"1600\" data-end=\"1617\">Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Qualification: Science Graduate/Diploma</li><li>Work Experience: 3-5 years</li><li>Age Limit: 35 years.</li><li>Preferred: Work experience in refractory/Core manufacturing Industries</li></ul>",
