The Associate Program Administrator will be required to act as a utility player and assist other programs in areas such as lab set-ups, Training, SOAR revisions, and other areas as requested/needed.  Additionally, the Associate Program Administrator will assist with SOAR tickets and the SOAR hotline.</p>\n\n<p><u><strong>Essential day-to-day job responsibilities include assisting with the following:</strong></u></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Complies with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures;</li>\n\t<li>Recruits, trains and develops the assigned programs managers such as Campus Department Chairs and Campus Program Managers throughout the organization or an assigned region;</li>\n\t<li>Facilitates recruitment, training, and development of the program faculty members across the organization or an assigned region;</li>\n\t<li>Audits program delivery and resources across the organization or an assigned region with a focus on visiting underperforming campuses;</li>\n\t<li>Audits documentation and records to ensure compliance with all program relevant laws and regulatory standards;</li>\n\t<li>Leads curriculum reviews and revisions;</li>\n\t<li>Leads quarterly Curriculum Committee meetings;</li>\n\t<li>Reviews student, faculty, and employer surveys for the program and preparing action plans to address systemic concerns and feedback gauged through such surveys;</li>\n\t<li>Monitors program metrics related to student outcomes for the program to meet the organizational and regulatory benchmarks and goals;</li>\n\t<li>Conducts weekly meetings with direct supervisor to discuss program status, project progress and student outcomes;</li>\n\t<li>Assists the Program Administrator and Associate Director/Director of Curriculum and Academic Services with department projects. </li>\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>",
