If you need hand-holding or prefer a task-only role, this position is not a fit.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Accountable For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving projects from handoff to completion — no delays</li>\n<li>Making daily decisions to keep projects on schedule and compliant</li>\n<li>Reviewing drawings, fabrication details, and installation methods</li>\n<li>Coordinating production, materials, and installation crews</li>\n<li>Managing communication with clients, landlords, municipalities, and inspectors</li>\n<li>Identifying and resolving issues before they impact timelines</li>\n<li>Delivering projects that meet safety, permit, and quality standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What It Takes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience managing signage or construction projects</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of large-scale signage systems</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents</li>\n<li>Confident decision-maker who takes ownership and delivers results</li>\n<li>Strong communication across office, shop, and field teams</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure</li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong administrative execution</li>\n<li>Petroleum signage experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<p>In-office role based in Lloydminster, Edmonton, or Calgary</p>\n<p>This is not a remote or hybrid position</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<p>$65,000 base salary + 1.5% commission on all managed installations</p>\n<p>Commission is based on total project value of installations managed.</p>\n<p>Typical earnings range from $90,000 to $120,000+, depending on performance and project volume.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bottom Line</span></p>\n<p>You are responsible for getting projects done — efficiently, professionally, and without delays.</p>",
