No weekends, holidays or call.</span></p><p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\"><strong>Be part of something remarkable</strong></span></p><p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.</span></p><p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">We are seeking a <strong>Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant </strong>to:</span></p><ul><li class=\"pf1\"><span class=\"cf0\">Provide evaluation and treatment and follow up for a wide range of pediatric hepatologic and GI disorders in an inpatient setting.</span></li><li class=\"pf1\"><span class=\"cf0\">Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessment for new and follow up patients.</span></li><li class=\"pf1\"><span class=\"cf0\">Collaborate with inpatient transplant team related to transplant patients pre and post transplant</span></li><li class=\"pf1\"><span class=\"cf0\">See liver transplant patients in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\"><strong><u>Education:</u></strong></span></p><ul><li class=\"pf1\"><span class=\"cf0\">If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.</span></li><li class=\"pf1\"><span class=\"cf0\">If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.</span></li></ul><p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\"><strong><u>Licenses and Certifications:</u></strong></span></p><p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure</span></p><p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\"><strong>If Nurse Practitioner*:</strong></span></p><ul><li class=\"pf1\"><span class=\"cf0\">Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND</span></li><li class=\"pf1\"><span class=\"cf0\">Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice.
