The role aligns all offerings in a quality-assured, didactically sound, and operationally reliable environment, while enabling scalable and learner-centred training solutions for international professional audiences.<br><br>If you are <strong>passionate about sustainability</strong> and would like to join a culturally certified <strong>Great Place to Work®</strong><strong> </strong>company with highly motivated and diverse teams making a real difference, we look forward to your application!<br><br><u>Your main duties will be:</u><br><br><strong>Digital, Blended & Online Learning Ownership</strong><br><ul><li>Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital, blended, and on-demand learning formats (concept, implementation, documentation, evaluation)</li><li>Develop and implement practical learning concepts suitable for professional adult learners in line with strategic priorities</li><li>Coordinate content creation with subject-matter experts, ensuring didactic clarity and feasibility</li><li>Direct the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous learning formats, ensuring consistent quality and learner experience</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for scalability, standardisation, and continuous improvement</li><li>Manage and optimize LMS and related state of the art learning technologies and AI features </li></ul><strong>Quality Assurance</strong><br><ul><li>Act as quality gatekeeper for ISCC Academy’s offerings that comply with ISCC certification requirements, auditor expectations, and internal quality standards</li><li>Translate customer feedback into learning objectives, updated course structures, and documentation</li><li>Ensure professional documentation of learning objectives, participation, and evaluation within e.g. the LMS</li></ul><strong>Operational Excellence & Improvement</strong><br><ul><li>Ensure reliable delivery of all digital courses and online events</li><li>Maintain clear SOPs for digital learning and online event workflows</li><li>Define and monitor KPIs, evaluating training impact, and derive evidence-based improvements</li><li>Continuously challenge and improve learning architecture, platforms, and learner journeys through data-driven decision-making and user feedback as well as industry best practises</li><li>Serve as the primary expert for digital learning technologies and pedagogical approaches, mentoring colleagues and guiding quality improvement efforts across all formats</li></ul>"

      "value": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><ul><li><strong>University degree</strong> in event or project management, business administration, educational technology, communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)</li><li><strong>Minimum of 4 years of professional experience</strong>, including relevant work in business events, digital or adult education, corporate learning, and/or e-learning environments</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or strategic role, with a proven track record of successfully managing digital learning projects - ideally in an international or sustainability-focused context</li><li>Hands-on experience in planning and delivering online formats such as training courses, including coordination of technical setups (e.g. AV)</li><li>Confident in working with digital platforms, databases, and tools (e.g. LMS, Articulate Rise, Zoom, Slido, Jira, Confluence), as well as content creation and editing tools (e.g. Canva, WordPress, Publitas or similar)</li><li>Good understanding of broadcasting and video production processes, including filming techniques, to guide and oversee the in-house development of e-learning content</li><li>Knowledge of BPMN is considered an advantage</li><li>Solid IT skills, including proficiency with Mac and MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook), and a strong general affinity for digital systems</li><li><strong>Excellent English language skills</strong> (at least C1, written and spoken)</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>"
