Performs preventative maintenance on facilities equipment as assigned and completes PM documentation related to the work regarding equipment, supplies, and materials. Reprogram television inventory, system, programming &amp; minor repairs. Utilizes the facilities maintenance electronic ticketing and preventative maintenance system and responds to, follows-up on, and completes work order requests. Utilize building management system for HVAC adjustments.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; vertical-align: bottom;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Performs preventive and predictive maintenance activities on hospital equipment and systems. Cleaning and lubricating equipment, filter changes, refrigerant handling, cleaning heat pump and fan/coil units, checking lighting, exit signage, and doors. Installs and repairs signage, pictures, cabinets, shelving, window coverings etc.&nbsp; Repairs and maintains stretchers, carts, wheelchairs and other equipment as required. Supports DNV Compliance activities – through Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities - for the Environment of Care, Life Safety and Emergency Preparedness.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; vertical-align: bottom;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Repairs and rebuilds machinery, motors and equipment found in the hospital utility systems and departments as well as beds, stretchers and wheelchairs.
