We are looking for Product Flow Specialists to join this team. Interested? Apply now! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A Product Flow Specialist supports the back of house operations and the flow of product from receipt to placement. Responsibilities also include supporting the service experience and furniture pick-up process.  </p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Business + Visual Operations</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports product flow processes which include shipment receipt, unpackaging, ticketing, and preparing product for floor placement. </li>\n <li>Upholds pricing standards to support brand value proposition </li>\n <li>Supports ongoing product assessment to maintain healthy merchandise sell-through and ensure current customer assortment </li>\n <li>Maintains organizational standards to support operational efficiency and cleanliness in processing areas, back of house, and salesfloor.  </li>\n <li>Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Customer Experience  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initiates conversation with customers, informing them of current promotions, pricing, and product information  </li>\n <li>Contributes to an organized shopping experience by merchandise recovery as a result of go-backs and misplaced merchandise </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Communication + Relationships    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Works productively with a team to efficiently unload, unpack, and process all shipment  </li>\n <li>Facilitates the sharing of relevant information regarding shipment and back of house organization with the team  </li>\n <li>Communicates daily with the leadership team on supply needs, flow of shipment, support needs, damage issues, and product discrepancies  </li>\n <li>Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Works well in a team environment </li>\n <li>Exudes excellent time and project management skills </li>\n <li>Interprets direction and asks clarifying questions  </li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
