You'll monitor medications, document client activities and behaviors, and motivate clients to participate in therapeutic programs in a dynamic, supportive environment.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">🔑 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Following all policies and procedures related to client interaction, confidentiality, and supervision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ensuring client safety through appropriate supervision and location checks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Transporting clients to and from outings while representing The Wave in the community</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ensuring clients adhere to and attend their daily scheduled activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Documenting interactions and progress with clients as required by treatment plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Orienting new clients to the facility and completing necessary paperwork</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Conducting searches to maintain a drug-free and safe environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">De-escalating agitated clients and providing supportive redirection</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Participating in staff meetings and attending all required training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Adapting productively to changing circumstances and needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">💎 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IDEAL CANDIDATE</span> 💎</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">You see potential in every client and believe in holistic healing.
