    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>MAJOR FUNCTION:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Provides social work services and psychosocial/family assessments in accordance with professional standards and requirements of licensing/accrediting bodies.&nbsp;Develops and implements psychosocial activities.&nbsp; Documents both group and individual patient care intervention and outcomes in a timely manner.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree in Social Work from an Accredited college or university required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A minimum of one year in social work or related psychiatric field.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience in an acute care hospital or inpatient psychiatric unit and knowledge of community resources are preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certification/Licensure:&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A passing score on the ASWB Social Work LSW exam and within 8 months maintain a current and valid New Jersey License (LSW, LCSW).
