    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><h1 id=\"isPasted\">Parts Specialist</h1><h1><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Job Summary:</span></h1><p>The Parts Person is responsible for customer service and sales (internal and external) at their specified job location.&nbsp;</p><h1 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Supervisory Responsibilities:</span></h1><ul><li>None. &nbsp;</li></ul><h2>Duties/Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Coordinate with customers and vendors to order proper parts.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and maintains good working relationships with customers and technicians.&nbsp;</li><li>Accurately ships and receives parts per customer request.</li><li>Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.</li><li>Assists with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.</li><li>Operates forklift truck when necessary.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Required Skills/Abilities:&nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department, and outside vendors.</li><li>Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.</li><li>Proficient computer/keyboarding skills.</li><li>Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.</li><li>Ability to develop professional relationships with outside vendors.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations.</li></ul><h2>Education and Experience:</h2><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Experience with computerized inventory systems required.</li><li>Forklift operator certification preferred.</li><li>Prior experience within parts department preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><h2>Licenses/Certifications:</h2><ul><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with good standing MVR.</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
