If you are looking to be a part of something more than just a job – <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Make the move, apply today!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Arden Engineering Constructors, LLC has been waiting for you!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to become an integral part of our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fire Protection</span> division at <em>Arden Engineering Constructors!  </em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This candidate must have experience in estimating and project management within the fire sprinkler trade</span><em>. </em> The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal administration/office personnel, external customers, and union trade craftspeople, managing and coordinating all Fire Protection construction activities to meet both project and company objectives. The PM will oversee/run all aspects of projects within the allotted budget and timeline according to the agreed-upon contract documents, specifications, and customer/client satisfaction.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position is located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, colleagues, supervisors, administrative personnel, field craft workers/supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors based on mutual respect and integrity<br></li>\n<li>Organize and manage project documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner, including but not limited to, procurement activities, change order requests, subcontracts, materials and equipment, etc.<br></li>\n<li>Oversee and manage project budget for all material and labor costs<br></li>\n<li>Understand project specifications, plans, and schedule as well as the resources needed to complete the work within the allotted time frame.<br></li>\n<li>Manage all aspects of assigned construction project objectives; assess quality of work, track progress, monitor safety of personnel, attend project-related meetings, etc.<br></li>\n<li>Actively monitor project performance and estimate cost projections<br></li>\n<li>Manage billings to maintain positive cash flow</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams in successful project completion<br></li>\n<li>Establish accountability for results and develop a positive work environment for every project team member to thrive professionally and personally<br></li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team<br></li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and subcontractors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>6-10 years experience in Fire Protection project management<br></li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field<br></li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<br></li>\n<li>Experience in Timberline project financial software strongly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands:</span></p>\n<p><span> The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
