      "content": "\n<li>Perform routine operation of a basic control system and devices to monitor and transfer products.</li>\n<li>Loading finished materials into railcars, bulk trucks, and cartons.</li>\n<li>Using troubleshooting skills to resolve product quality, safety, and environmental problems.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail while inspecting, cleaning, loading and securing trucks and railcars.</li>\n<li>Following operating discipline, procedures and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned duties.</li>\n<li>The control, monitoring and adjustment of all control systems and manually operated systems.</li>\n<li>Inspection and identification of equipment and rail cars requiring maintenance.</li>\n<li>Performing minor maintenance activities on rail cars</li>\n<li>Clearing and tagging equipment as required.</li>\n<li>Communicating with transportation providers on issues related to carriers and equipment.</li>\n<li>Performing tasks assigned per ACT.</li>\n<li>Accurately completing all required paperwork.</li>\n<li>Performing all duties with a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardship.</li>\n<li>Experience in chemical/manufacturing plant operation is a plus but not required.</li>\n<li>High degree of safety awareness and commitment to following safety standards.</li>\n<li>Ensure procedures are valid and up to date.</li>\n<li>Participate in internal and external audits.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High school diploma is required.</li>\n<li>Must be able to operate forklifts and track-mobile.</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Work involves climbing stairs and ladders to access the top of railcars, trucks, and silos.</li>\n<li>Must be able to work at heights on top of silos and blenders.</li>\n<li>Tenets of Operations and Tenets of Maintenance awareness.</li>\n"
