Apply today!</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\">Niyam is seeking an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salesforce Developer </span>for one of our federal clients.<br>The Senior Salesforce Developer designs, builds, and optimizes complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong problem‑solving skills, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high‑quality implementations. The developer partners closely with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver robust functionality aligned with organizational goals. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position is associated with a proposal submission and is contingent upon contract award. Candidates selected through this process may be considered for employment should the contract be awarded to our organization.</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Roles and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design &amp; Develop Apex Code — Build scalable Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulable, and asynchronous processes following best practices.</li>\n<li>Build Lightning Components — Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for modern, responsive UI experiences.</li>\n<li>Customize Salesforce Configuration — Implement flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and other declarative tools.</li>\n<li>Integrate External Systems — Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Stakeholders — Work with product owners, admins, and architects to refine requirements and propose technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Perform Code Reviews — Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards across the development team.</li>\n<li>Optimize Performance — Troubleshoot performance issues, governor limit challenges, and data model inefficiencies.</li>\n<li>Maintain Documentation — Create and update technical specs, solution designs, and deployment documentation.</li>\n<li>Support Release Management — Assist with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment strategies.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Education Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>US Citizenship with ability to successfully complete a federal background investigation.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field .</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in Salesforce.</li>\n<li>Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. </li>\n<li>Advanced Apex &amp; LWC Expertise — 5+ years hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and platform events.</li>\n<li>Strong Salesforce Platform Knowledge — Deep understanding of data modeling, security, sharing, and automation.</li>\n<li>Integration Experience — Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration tools.</li>\n<li>SDLC &amp; Agile Delivery — Experience working in Agile teams with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Git.</li>\n<li>Testing &amp; Quality Assurance — Ability to write robust unit tests with &gt;75% coverage and meaningful assertions.</li>\n<li>Problem Solving &amp; Communication — Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salesforce Certifications — Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, or relevant cloud certifications.</li>\n<li>Experience with DevOps Tools — Familiarity with Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.</li>\n<li>Experience with Additional Clouds — Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ experience is a plus.</li>\n<li>Modern Web Development — Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, or related frameworks.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(89, 89, 89)\">Application Deadline:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(89, 89, 89)\"><span> </span>This position will be posted for a minimum of 2 business days or until a sufficient candidate pool has been collected.
