    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h2 data-pasted=\"true\">Join a Growing Industry Leader</h2><p data-pasted=\"true\">Prudential Overall Supply, an industry leader in uniform and textile rental services since 1932, is seeking an IT Analyst &ndash; Infrastructure Support to join our Corporate IT team.</p><p>This role is ideal for a motivated IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and working across a variety of technologies. The IT Analyst provides hands-on support for end users, desktop systems, Microsoft 365 technologies, infrastructure platforms, and enterprise technology initiatives across multiple company locations. This role also supports automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to expand their experience across infrastructure, endpoint management, automation, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies in a growing enterprise environment.</p><h2>What You&#39;ll Do</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Provide desk-side, remote, phone, and email support for employees across multiple company locations.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, printer, mobile device, and application issues.</li><li>Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and related equipment.</li><li>Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and collaboration tools including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.</li><li>Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and assist with infrastructure support activities.</li><li>Support Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360, and other endpoint management platforms, including software deployment, endpoint policies, device compliance, workstation patching, and software updates.</li><li>Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceDesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems while documenting troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.</li><li>Follow established ITIL service management processes and escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when appropriate.</li><li>Support user account administration, onboarding and offboarding activities, Active Directory management, and Microsoft 365 administration.</li><li>Manage hardware procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, asset lifecycle management, and software asset records.</li><li>Develop automation workflows and integrations using n8n or similar platforms and leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.</li><li>Evaluate and support emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-powered business solutions.</li><li>Assist with cybersecurity awareness initiatives, technology training programs, and the creation of user-facing documentation and support resources.</li><li>Participate in technology deployments, upgrades, infrastructure projects, and other initiatives as assigned by management.</li><li>Travel regularly to company facilities throughout California and occasionally to other locations to provide technical support, equipment deployment, and project assistance.</li><li>Participate in occasional after-hours maintenance activities and support efforts as required.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Required</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>2+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, help desk, desktop support, systems administration, or technical support environments.</li><li>Experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Intune, IBM MaaS360, or similar mobile device management solutions.</li><li>Experience with ServiceDesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.</li><li>Experience with hardware deployment, inventory management, procurement, and asset tracking.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Experience implementing or supporting AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.</li><li>ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.</li><li>Microsoft, VMware, AWS, Azure, OCI, or Fortinet certifications.</li><li>Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools.</li></ul><h2>Why Work at Prudential Overall Supply?</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Competitive Pay &ndash; Your time and hard work are valued</li><li>Comprehensive Benefits Package &ndash; Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage</li><li>401(k) with Company Match</li><li>Profit Sharing &ndash; When we do well, you do well</li><li>Paid Time Off &ndash; Vacation, holidays, and sick time</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Paid Life Insurance</li><li>Consistent Schedule &ndash; Monday through Friday</li><li>Uniforms Provided</li><li>Employee Discounts</li><li>Career Growth Opportunities &ndash; We promote from within</li></ul><h2>About Prudential Overall Supply</h2><p>Since 1932, Prudential Overall Supply has been a leader in uniform and textile rental services.
