We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, communities and lived experiences, and are committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported, valued and empowered to do their best work.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for: </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A creatively driven Assistant Producer with strong editorial instincts and excellent attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Someone who can spot a strong story, shape ideas quickly and think visually from the outset.</li>\n<li>Experience producing promos, trailers, features, interviews, openers and social-first content.</li>\n<li>A confident self-editor with good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.</li>\n<li>An instinctive understanding of pacing, shot selection and storytelling structure.</li>\n<li>Someone comfortable juggling multiple projects and reacting positively in fast-moving production environments.</li>\n<li>A collaborative thinker who enjoys developing ideas with producers, editors and motion graphics designers.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and confidence contributing creatively within a team.</li>\n<li>Experience working across Outside Broadcasts at live sports events and fast-turnaround productions is highly desirable.</li>\n<li>A genuine passion for sport.</li>\n<li>French and/or Spanish language skills are a bonus, but not essential.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Mission:</span><br> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and produce creative content across digital, social, YouTube and broadcast platforms.</li>\n<li>Research stories, write briefs and help shape original content ideas and recurring formats.</li>\n<li>Produce promos, features, interviews, social content and reactive event coverage.</li>\n<li>Plan and run shoots, including multi-camera setups and location filming.</li>\n<li>Self-shoot where required.</li>\n<li>Work closely with editors through the post-production process, driving narrative, tone and pacing.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with graphic designers to help bring creative ideas to life visually.</li>\n<li>Ensure music and audio design is on point.</li>\n<li>Ensure all output is accurate, well-researched and delivered to a high editorial standard.</li>\n<li>Help maintain fresh creative thinking across the team, contributing ideas, references, highlighting trends and offering new approaches.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Please note that responsibilities may be amended, added to, or removed to reflect the changing needs of the production or organisation</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Skills You Bring:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience producing engaging content for sport, entertainment or digital platforms.</li>\n<li>Strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability.</li>\n<li>A good level of self-editing ability in Premiere Pro.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.</li>\n<li>Experience running shoots and managing contributors.</li>\n<li>Confidence working across multiple formats, workflows and deadlines.</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively across production, editorial and post-production teams.</li>\n<li>Experience producing both linear and digital-first content is desirable.</li>\n<li>A strong understanding of what makes content work across modern platforms and audiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span></p>\n<p>The base for this position is Kew, London.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Days: </span></p>\n<p>5 day week – 4 days in office, 1 day working from home.</p>\n<p>You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirement.</p>\n<p>This role will involve some weekend work.</p>\n<p>International travel will be required.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Start:</span></p>\n<p>ASAP - 12 months FTC</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Application Closing:</span><br></p>\n<p>Monday 1st June</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: </span></p>\n<p>Based on experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to apply: </span></p>\n<p>Please upload your CV, but most importantly send us examples of work that best represents you creatively.</p>\n<p>We’d love to see promos, features, interviews, social content or anything else that shows your storytelling instincts and editorial taste.
