Design architect will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>About the Job</strong></p>\n<p>• Ensures timely and qualitative preparation of architectural concepts, designs, detailed plans, technical specifications and requisitions /&nbsp; reports / engineering deliverables in coordination with clients, contractors, other stakeholders and other disciplines.</p>\n<p>• Ensures contractual technical specifications are met by external parties / suppliers / contractors.</p>\n<p>• Ensures proper communication with vendors and technical follow up of the orders.</p>\n<p>• Ensure designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.</p>\n<p>• Adheres to project target and priority such as technical robustness, budget &amp; schedule target</p>\n<p>• Proposes alternate for cost &amp; schedule savings, energy savings in line with project target</p>\n<p>• Ensures timely reporting on engineering / requisitioning activities to the Lead Discipline Engineer.</p>\n<p>• Meets quality and HSE objectives of the project.</p>\n<p>• Interfaces with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.</p>\n<p>• Mentor junior architects, designers or interns, as needed.</p>\n<p>• For small requisition / standard equipment, acts as project manager for his requisition in charge of technical, contractual, expediting and inspection with spot support from project / procurement.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>ROLE DIMENSION</p>\n<p>• Dedicated to one or several projects</p>\n<p>• Supervision one or more junior architects, designers or interns</p>\n<p>• Autonomy on scope assigned</p>\n<p><strong>• Overall responsibility for engineering / contractual &amp; quality control surveillance for Architectural buildings.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>About you</strong></p>\n<p>• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, is highly preferred.</p>\n<p>• 5 to 12 years of experience in architectural design and execution of projects.</p>\n<p>• Familiarity with all technical aspects of the discipline and experience in most of them.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fluency in professional English.</li>\n <li>Professional licensure or certification (e.g., Registered Architect, NCARB certification) is highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Inclusion Standards</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>In our continuous effort to develop and build a culture of inclusion, we adhere to four Inclusion Gold Standards.
