We believe that everyone has a right to be a part of the community, and we are willing to do everything in our power to ensure the individuals we serve are given this opportunity.  The Team Supervisor is responsible for core administrative functions, such as supporting the billing and quality assurance processes, while also leading a team of direct care providers and at-risk adults. font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Effectively coordinate program to account for potential threats, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all individuals paperwork and tracking meet expectations for successful billing, potential claims testing, and auditing requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in creating and implementing work skills curriculum and job skill training for people with disabilities to enable successful employment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Successful supervision and management of employees</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Respond to emergencies involving at-risk adults within program and be available “on-call” as defined for position, and assist in coverage for daily schedule needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor during difficult situations, modeling effective crisis management and problem solving for staff as well as people with disabilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Managing the weekly transport schedule in programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assisting with DVR Billing Tasks Maintain responsibility for daily and weekly staff schedule to ensure consistency, safety, and efficiency of groups</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Model effective client interactions including setting boundaries and expectations, following through with incentives and goal setting, and providing physical intervention to at-risk adults as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
