    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Coordinates activities of warehouse workers by performing the following duties.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Audits products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of equipment.</li><li>Assists with interpreting specifications, assigning job orders, and other duties to workers as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.</li><li>Adjusts work procedures to meet production and shipping schedules.</li><li>Implements new procedures to improve warehouse methods, equipment performance, and quality of product while continuously striving for improvement in all materials processes.</li><li>Implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.</li><li>Verifies the daily gauge mastering sheets and forklift checks are being performed.</li><li>Assists workers in solving work problems.</li><li>Assists in implementing plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.</li><li>Maintains time and warehouse receiving/shipping records.</li><li>Completes requisitions and audits materials.</li><li>Performs activities of workers supervised, including forklift operation.</li><li>Serves as Fire Warden in case of evacuation of area.</li><li>Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.</li><li>Responsible for adherence to the policies, procedures and instructions of the TS 16949, MMOG/LE and ISO 14001 systems.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a Quality work environment and including good housekeeping&nbsp;</li><li>(i.e. 5S).</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsible for development and adherence to the policies, procedures and instructions of the Quality, Materials and Safety &amp; Environmental systems.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Regular and reliable attendance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Assists all employees in the warehouse.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &nbsp;</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two (2) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. &nbsp; Computer literate. &nbsp;Will need to become proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and time keeping software.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
