The Program Utilization Support Specialist serves as a <strong>central point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders</strong>, ensuring smooth procurement workflows, accurate supplier and purchasing data, strong vendor relationships, and adherence to compliance and governance requirements. Sodexo delivers integrated facilities management solutions that promote safe, efficient, and sustainable workplaces through streamlined operations, strong governance, and innovative service delivery.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Procurement Onboarding & Sourcing Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate procurement of facilities products and services from approved, contracted suppliers</li>\n <li>Support onboarding for new and existing sites, including supplier and system enablement</li>\n <li>Assist with contract setup, work-release processes, and procurement escalations</li>\n <li>Perform vendor maintenance activities, including updates related to legal entity changes and acquisitions</li>\n <li>Provide general sourcing support, including managing procurement inbox requests</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Vendor & Relationship Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams and external suppliers</li>\n <li>Support vendor relationship management activities, including feedback, scorecards, business reviews, and quality issue tracking</li>\n <li>Manage maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplier account setup and ongoing maintenance</li>\n <li>Maintain purchasing and supplier data to support reporting accuracy, issue resolution, and operational follow-up</li>\n <li>Manage purchasing card (P-card) data and controls</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance & Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitate and monitor subcontractor reporting requirements (e.g., labor hours)</li>\n <li>Manage certificates of insurance (COI) documentation and flow-down compliance requirements</li>\n <li>Support governance standards to ensure audit readiness and contractual alignment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
