This role oversees daily shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations to ensure timely, cost-effective distribution. Manage warehouse/shop staff, maintain accurate inventory, coordinate with carriers, and optimize supply chain processes. Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Liaise with local vendors, carriers, and suppliers to oversee service &amp; rates and manage supply chain bottlenecks.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>General:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The above list of activities is not all-inclusive but a general representation of the requirements of the RMS Project Manager. This list is subject to changed based on the needs of the company.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management (5-10+yrs). Familiarity with international logistics and associated documentation, and ability to stay current on changing rules / regulations for international freight movement, is required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Leadership:</strong> Strong team management and employee mentoring skills.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Technical:</strong> Proficiency with inventory management software, data analysis tools and MS Office a plus.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> Ability to resolve shipping discrepancies, transportation delays, or inventory issues</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>REQUIRED EDUCATION</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is frequently preferred --- (Will consider High school diploma + 10 yrs proven experience in the field)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The position will be based full-time in our RMS Bay Area Boulevard facility located in Pasadena, TX.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full-time position, with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position can be required to participate in the company random or customer specific drug and alcohol screening and background check.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to understand, read, write, and speak English proficiently.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to pass a pre- employment drug and alcohol test and background check.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Authorized to work in the United States</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be required to stand and walk for significant portions of the shift.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability and willingness to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs., walk, climb, reach, kneel, crawl, and balance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to use hands for assembly and tool usage.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must not have allergies or issues related to handling metals including aluminum, copper, bronze, and steel.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">While performing the duties of this position, the employee may work / enter a shop or field service environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts.
