Description

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) Generalist to support our business units by aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role acts as a key liaison between employees and leadership, providing day-to-day HR support while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience, performance, and engagement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting both people and organizational success in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Business Partnership & Stakeholder Support Build strong working relationships with managers and team leaders to understand operational needs and challenges. Provide practical HR guidance and support on day-to-day people matters. Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support team performance and business outcomes. Employee Relations Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution support. Conduct fact-finding and assist in investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Promote a positive work environment through proactive conflict resolution and communication. Performance Management Support the execution of performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, coaching). Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development conversations. Help foster a culture of accountability and continuous feedback. Employee Engagement & Experience Assist in the implementation of engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives. Analyze feedback and recommend actionable improvements to enhance employee satisfaction. Support recognition programs and initiatives that reinforce company culture. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure adherence to HR policies, company standards, and local labor laws (Philippines). Provide clear and timely guidance to employees and managers on policies and procedures. Support audits, documentation, and HR process improvements. HR Data & Reporting Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and engagement data. Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce trends and outcomes. Change Management & HR Initiatives Support implementation of HR programs, tools, and organizational changes. Assist in communications and training to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
