We are looking for a self-motivated, compassionate, and energetic individual to be an essential link between our residents, caregivers, and administrators across a multi-location operation. The ideal candidate should be flexible and able to adapt to a work environment that requires frequent shifts in direction. The CNA should have great communication skills and be able to clearly express all concerns and issues of residents and caregivers to the Administrator.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Check on residents during shift – Create a schedule of facility rounds based on the needs of the residents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be able to collaborate with colleagues on the field and share responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in resident discharges – Remove resident files, medications, and DME from the home.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Observe residents for signs of infection (respiratory and urine)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Observe residents for skin tears and wounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Observe other changes in condition and report to the Administrator.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be able to follow protocols for calling 911.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to receive calls from hospitals, paramedics, caregivers, and family members overnight.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with activities of daily living.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Report resident, caregiver, family, and other issues to the Administrator/supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist caregivers in keeping the homes, resident rooms, and restrooms clean and organized.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">QUALIFICATIONS </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or equivalent required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CNA Certification preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Criminal background clearance is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Two years of experience (assisted living setting preferred). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of state elderly care regulations and procedures is highly valued.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reliable transportation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">First Aid/CPR Certified.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Pre-employment physical and TB Test required per state regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Work Environment &amp; What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Health Insurance Coverage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid Sick Leave</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mileage Reimbursement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">401K</span></li>\n</ul>",
