    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Bridgeway Park Canton Senior Living Facility is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant.</strong> The life enrichment assistant will be responsible for planning purposeful and fun activities for our residents.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The duties are:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the activity programs, encouraging and motivating our residents. Some activities are chair yoga, dance circle, seasonal crafts, pet visits, outings and more.</li>\n <li>Emphasize independence and maximize ability so that residents attain/maintain their highest level of functioning.</li>\n <li>Completes weekly documentation of resident progress to the supervisor regarding the residents’ attendance, behavior and level of involvement.</li>\n <li>Assisting with Range of Motion and therapeutic exercises to restore mobility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical rehab experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Able to lift 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic computer operations.</li>\n <li>A positive attitude and the capacity to work as a team.</li>\n <li>Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Every other weekend is required.</li>\n <li>Flexibility, creativity, patience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Employee recognition events.</li>\n <li>Paid time off.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for advancement.</li>\n <li>Paid orientation and training.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental and vision available for full-time employees.</li>\n</ul>",
