Deliver high-impact engagements, lead meetings (both onsite and virtual), customer project artifacts, and ensure client satisfaction with the services provided.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure project team accountability for project budgets, milestone dates, and work quality.</li><li>Track detailed engagement scopes, work with customers to estimate and manage scope changes or additions and execute change orders when necessary.</li><li>Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for executive sponsors and internal &amp; external project stakeholders.</li><li>Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them efficiently, ensuring project success.</li><li>Establish and nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.</li><li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deliverables, budgets, schedules, resource forecasts, and project scope, developing action plans to mitigate identified risks and issues.</li><li>Maintain a deep understanding of Sales Enablement, acting as a trusted thought leader and advisor to your customers.</li><li>Coach and mentor project team members, potentially across multiple time zones, to enhance teamwork both internally and with the client.</li><li>Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature the team's capabilities.</li><li>Partner with sales and services sales teams to scope and estimate sales opportunities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.</li></ul>",
