          "text": "<p>The <strong>Quality Control Inspector</strong> will ensure our custom manufactured products meet client specifications and company quality standards.&#xa0;You'll&#xa0;inspect structural steel, electrical assemblies, and fabricated components throughout production from incoming materials through final release for power distribution buildings serving oil &amp; gas, marine, and energy clients. This is a hands-on shop floor role.&#xa0;You'll&#xa0;work directly with welders, fabricators, and assembly technicians to catch issues early, coordinate with engineering on quality concerns, and serve as the quality gatekeeper before products ship to customers.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday - Friday&#xa0; | Occasional Saturdays&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Accountabilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to client specifications.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to&#xa0;determine&#xa0;specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certification processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Conduct As-Built Quality Reviews to ensure our products meet or exceed client expectations in terms of quality, uniformity, and reliability upon final inspection.&#xa0;</li><li>Facilitate the&#xa0;timely&#xa0;and effective resolution of product quality issues by serving as a liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing&#xa0;Managers&#xa0;and/or&#xa0;Production&#xa0;Foreman.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure&#xa0;Mission Critical Group’s quality and reputation by coordinating the UL labeling of products and&#xa0;assisting&#xa0;during UL inspections and other third-party inspections.&#xa0;</li><li>Uphold impeccable quality levels by working closely with the Manufacturing&#xa0;Manager&#xa0;to continually develop an understanding of&#xa0;Mission Critical Group’s&#xa0;Policies &amp; Procedures and ISO 9001 standards.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Engage in systematic listening and responsiveness with partners and key clients by&#xa0;assisting&#xa0;the Manufacturing&#xa0;Manager&#xa0;in handling complaints in&#xa0;a timely&#xa0;and effective manner.&#xa0;</li><li>Decrease operational costs and risks by actively&#xa0;assisting&#xa0;in the development and maintenance of policies that enhance process compliance and ensure product quality.&#xa0;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required knowledge/Experience&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years of experience performing quality control of structural and electrical assemblies within an electrical‐ type equipment manufacturing environment, such as switchboard, motor control centers, controllers manufacturing, etc.  &#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>1+ years of experience applying ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements, preferred.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to travel between all three facilities in Belle Chasse, LA &amp; Bay St. Louis, MS.&#xa0;</li><li>Customer and Personal Service:&#xa0;Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Equipment Maintenance:&#xa0;Knowledge of&#xa0;Mission Critical Group’s&#xa0;products and equipment. Use of tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, ratchets/sockets, tape measures, and torque wrenches.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Technical Services:&#xa0;Extensive knowledge of processes related to our products.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Safety Compliance:&#xa0;The ability to recognize unsafe work habits.
