          "text": "<p>Prepare the Corporate prospects, ensuring an adequate supply of clarified and appropriate prospects are researched and pursued for partnership with Aparecio Foundation.</p><p>Build effective relationships with key volunteer contacts, including members Boards and other senior figures that have the potential to support the corporate fundraising effort at The Aparecio Foundation.</p><p>Implement the Fundraising team’s growing annual budget and plans, reflecting best practice in new business prospect identification.</p><p>Manage the work and personal development of the Fundraising team, to ensure they meet net income budgets and agreed cross organizational objectives.</p><p>Work closely with the Communications Specialist to ensure media and PR benefits from corporate partnerships are maximized.</p><p>Ensure all areas of the Fundraising team’s work comply with charity law, regulations and best practice particularly with regard to Corporate partnership contracts, processing of income and Data Protection.</p><p>Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups.</p><p>Confer with other managers to identify key groups and interests with corporate partners that can help business decisions at The Aparecio Foundation.</p>",
