This role will be expected to manage $250M-$300M in annual spend, a small team positioned for rapid growth, and an operation where downtime carries real project consequences.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Core Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead all supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations to support large-scale modular manufacturing and assembly.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that optimizes material flow, supplier performance, and production readiness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Build and execute a commodity-based sourcing strategy (raw materials, electrical gear, HVAC components, controls, fasteners, packaging) in partnership with the VP of Purchasing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead supplier selection, qualification, AVL maintenance, and performance scorecards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage logistics operations including inbound and outbound freight, carrier relationships, and transportation efficiency across multiple project sites.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Direct warehouse operations to maintain accurate inventory, efficient material handling, and just-in-time delivery to production lines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Support MRP implementation, with direct ownership of the supply chain configuration layer.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate the master production schedule into purchase plans, work orders, and kitting plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage long-lead buys and protect schedule integrity.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish and monitor KPIs for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, supplier quality, and cost efficiency; lead continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to synchronize material needs with production timelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and mentor a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and career development.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive strategic sourcing, long-lead equipment planning, and risk mitigation strategies to support rapid deployment and scalability of modular data center projects.</li><li>Maintains a high-level understanding of General Ledger (GL), GAAP principles, and job-specific cost/project accounting to ensure financial accountability across supply chain operations.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>I. Work Experience</strong></p><p><strong><u>Required</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles within manufacturing, modular construction, or industrial infrastructure sectors. 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Demonstrated ownership of $200M+_in annual spend with measurable cost savings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience scaling a supply chain team in a growth-stage or expanding manufacturing environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced manufacturing background &ndash; modular construction, industrial infrastructure, or custom capital equipment preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>II.
