Prepares loan applications for credit approval. Cross sells products and services as appropriate. Addresses members&rsquo; requests and questions promptly and courteously. &nbsp;</p><p>b. Informs members of Credit Union products and services. Provides routine information concerning loan applications, account balances, direct payment plans, etc.&nbsp;</p><p>c.Maintains the Credit Union&rsquo;s quality and professional reputation.&nbsp;</p><p>3.Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.&nbsp;</p><p>a. Ensures work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.&nbsp;</p><p>b. Keeps informed regarding policy and procedure changes.&nbsp;</p><p>c. Actively and professionally cross sells Credit Union services.&nbsp;</p><p>d. Performs other duties as required or assigned.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</p><p>Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
