Don't worry, you can still find yourself in the game!</p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<h2>The Role</h2>\n<p>As a key member of the USTA Training Center Operations team, you will play an integral role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for our student-athletes. Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enforce facility policies and procedures as directed by the Director of Operations, Player Development</li>\n <li>Supervise athletes (ages 13–18) and monitor activities within the Lodge during assigned hours.</li>\n <li>Support and participate in off-court Life Skills programs for both resident and non-resident athletes.</li>\n <li>Manage and oversee guest access to the Player Development facility, including coordinating player and guest check-ins.</li>\n <li>Serve as a resource to the Resident Assistant in fostering a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment within the Training Center.</li>\n <li>Build strong relationships with resident athletes and provide support for their personal and academic needs.</li>\n <li>Assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of Player Development facilities, including light maintenance and housekeeping.</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of USTA vehicles and complete required trip reports.</li>\n <li>Safely transport student-athletes, staff, and guests in USTA vehicles as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in facility operations or a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Highly organized and dependable, with a strong commitment to maintaining safety and enforcing policies.</li>\n <li>Supportive and approachable, with the ability to assist student-athletes of diverse backgrounds and needs.</li>\n <li>Comfortable and confident driving an 11-passenger van.</li>\n <li>Holds a valid driver’s license and maintains a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Capable of performing light maintenance and ensuring facility cleanliness.</li>\n <li>Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This is a part-time position, up to 28 hours per week.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<h2><strong>What We Offer</strong></h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The expected hourly rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. This rate does not include any additional pay or benefits for which an employee may qualify.
