At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Trimble Operator is responsible for performing on-site layout that includes locating a CAD generated point (ie: sleeves, hangers, anchors, structural opening, pads, etc…). They are utilizing the highest levels of technology, construction knowledge and standards to produce high quality layouts to increase efficiency and reduce cost.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Be on the job and ready to work at the designated project start time.</li>\n <li>Ensure Trimble RTS and accessories for layout stay maintained and in working order.</li>\n <li>Prepare files for the Trimble RTS for layout.</li>\n <li>Logging point quantities</li>\n <li>Meet with project and GC team onsite to evaluate conditions of control points and anything else needed to perform layout.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with BIM/Drafting to ensure files are accurate for layout.</li>\n <li>Liaison between BIM team and project team as it relates obtaining as-builts or existing conditions.</li>\n <li>Update point files with all field conditions or changes.</li>\n <li>Provide efficient and accurate layout to the field utilizing Trimble RTS.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of BIM Software.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of electronic document exchange.</li>\n <li>Ability to review and understand contract drawings, installation drawings and specifications.</li>\n <li>Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>General knowledge of construction process, layout process, and surveying</li>\n <li>General to specific knowledge of piping systems & HVAC systems.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Trimble Field Link and Trimble RTS</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools.</li>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.</li>\n <li>Noisy environment.</li>\n <li>Light to heavy work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects from 20-100 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-CG1</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $25.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
