We’re committed to delivering value by engaging customers, optimising operations, and empowering employees.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position / Department Purpose:  </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Product Analyst for the CRM Product team, you will join a small tightly knit team that supports our CRM. Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside a cross-functional, global team including Product, CRM development, and Marketing to analyse, optimise, and build innovative Marketing technology solutions that align with business objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role you will function as an intermediary between CRM Development and our stakeholders supporting new business requests, transformation projects, managing the product backlog and working to build innovative features/services in the CRM ecosystem for our end-users. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a very fast-paced and high-visibility role requiring excellent communication skills, ability to listen to end users and work on your own, sometimes with little supervision. The role will suit someone looking for a challenging and exciting role, who is creative, able to think on their feet and not afraid to make decisions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Primary duties will include:   </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducting analysis and documenting processes. Proactively recommending and implementing solutions to improve system performance, usability, and data accuracy.</li>\n <li>Working with the product manager and wider team on analysis and implementation of new features/services that will help improve our global CRM capabilities.</li>\n <li>Monitoring product performance recommending solutions to problems for maximum operational efficiency.</li>\n <li>Managing end-user requests in Jira through to delivery, translating or refining any unstructured or ambiguous requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning.</li>\n <li>Supporting new initiatives with requirements gathering, solution analysis, and obtaining development estimates.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High level of English written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and professional way.</li>\n <li>Experience scaling CRM platforms for Sales, Service, Operational and Marketing purposes is highly desirable.</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.</li>\n <li>Experience working against Waterfall and Agile methodologies.</li>\n <li>Experience with Atlassian development and collaboration tools, specifically Jira and Confluence would be beneficial.</li>\n <li>A team player, with a demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve alignment and business results across multiple teams who may have different goals.</li>\n <li>Complex and innovative problem-solving, a proactive attitude, attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Organized & disciplined; can manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a highly matrixed, global organization across multiple time zones.</li>\n <li>Understanding & or experience of trading and investments (products/services/industry) would be beneficial.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Personal attributes</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Degree in Business, Marketing or similar discipline</li>\n <li>An interest in technology</li>\n <li>Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Honesty, curiosity, and tenacity </li>\n <li>The confidence to fail </li>\n</ul>",
