This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on mechanical skills to enter or grow in the energy sector. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment performing essential repair and maintenance on drill bits. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement are available.</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the repair and maintenance of drill bits used in energy operations.</li>\n <li>Assist with production processes and equipment servicing.</li>\n <li>Follow safety and quality standards at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use off-hand die grinders, blast equipment, and pressure washers to clean and prep parts.</li>\n <li>Assist senior technicians with repairs and servicing procedures.</li>\n <li>Operate OD or centerless grinders to finish surfaces.</li>\n <li>Apply paint and inspect nozzle fit and alignment.</li>\n <li>Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate service records.</li>\n <li>Follow all safety protocols and work instructions.</li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400\">\n <p><strong>Education &amp; Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>High school diploma or GED is preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical repair, mechanical assembly, or equipment repair preferred.</li>\n  <li>Basic knowledge of power tools, grinders, and shop equipment&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Flexibility to work shifts as assigned (may include evenings/weekends)&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400\">\n <p><strong>Veterans Welcome:</strong><br><br>\n   At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
