Revere Health is seeking a talented OB/GYN Physician to join a multi-specialty group practice of 400+ providers located in Utah County. We are looking for a physician that values a team approach to care, evidence-based medicine, self-governance and self-management. The position is located in the beautiful Utah Valley which rests in the shadow of Mount Timpanogos and is a short 40-minute drive from the Salt Lake Valley. We are surrounded by beautiful mountains on the east and Utah Lake on the west. A wide variety of activities are just minutes away, including water sports of all kinds, skiing, hiking, fishing, camping, and magnificent scenery awaiting your photographic skills and personal delight. Position Summary: The OB/GYN Physician will provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to an ethnically and socially diverse, female patient population in accordance with the values, beliefs and policies of Revere Health. The successful candidate will also perform routine obstetric and gynecological office procedures and follow up all. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\">Essential Job Functions:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Conducting physical examinations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Order and interpret the results of laboratory, x-ray and other tests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Perform routine office based obstetric and gynecological procedures including colposcopy and endometrial biopsies, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Determine and implement appropriate courses of treatment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Provide treatment plans and prescribe medications for issues/diseases of the female organs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Provide care and treatment during prenatal and postnatal periods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Monitor results of treatment, changing as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Confer with student and resident physicians and other professional and support staff regarding care and treatment of patients and assists/mentors them in management of illness; serves as a resource to resolve patient/family concerns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Monitor and ensures compliance with clinical evidence-based guidelines for adult and pediatric health care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Have the ability to develop positive rapport with patients and families to foster the physician/patient relationship.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Board-eligible or Board-Certified OB/GYN</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Current valid Utah State Physician License</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Current DEA certificate: Basic Life Support (ACLS) certified, or specialty certification as required by department.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Demonstrated success in working individually and as part of a team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Demonstrated leadership qualities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\">Hours: </span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">4.5 days per week with call.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\">Additional Notes:</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Benefits: Guaranteed first year salary; Partnership track available; Competitive benefit package; Ancillary income opportunities; Great partners</span></p>",
