In this role, you’ll help keep our values alive — ensuring that as we scale, we continue to lead with care, connection, and community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead complex dredging and dewatering projects from bidding and estimating through execution and completion. </li>\n<li>Coordinate workforce, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize utilization, productivity, and profitability. </li>\n<li>Partner closely with Site Superintendents to ensure high‑quality field execution that meets contractual and regulatory requirements. </li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, landowners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. </li>\n<li>Manage project planning, schedules, budgets, forecasting, scope, and cost control to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. </li>\n<li>Oversee preparation and review of cost estimates and project proposals, ensuring quality, accuracy, and strategic positioning. </li>\n<li>Lead and develop operational staff, including performance management, mentoring, and resourcing for projects. </li>\n<li>Contribute to divisional budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. </li>\n<li>Support the General Manager with operational and strategic initiatives as the division grows. </li>\n<li>Champion a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility in alignment with KBL’s Health &amp; Safety Management System. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in project management and/or operations leadership within heavy civil, construction, dredging, dewatering, or a related industry. </li>\n<li>Demonstrated success managing multi‑disciplinary projects with full financial accountability. </li>\n<li>Strong cost estimating experience (required). </li>\n<li>Experience leading teams, managing equipment and subcontractors, and working in a fast‑growing business environment. </li>\n<li>Ability to operate independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities. </li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients, regulators, and external stakeholders. </li>\n<li>Solid technical and computer skills; experience with project financial and document management systems is an asset. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions &amp; Physical Demands </span></p>\n<p><span>This role may require a combination of office-based, remote, and on-site work depending on business needs.
