This role supports supervising children, ensuring their safety, and facilitating fun and creative activities that promote learning and development. The Attendant will foster a positive, playful atmosphere while ensuring parents feel confident their children are in capable hands.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Reporting Structure</strong>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;• &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reports to the Director Kids Club &nbsp;<br><br><strong>Day to Day</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be courteous and exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with the members/guests and their children.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Connect with members regularly and promote club/children’s activities, including warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells by engaging with each member’s family in the facility.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Promote the youth/day care center amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Show professionalism and willingness to coordinate activities and programs with the children appropriately based on age, interests, etc.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must monitor and actively always participate with children. Children must be under constant supervision by childcare attendants.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must have the ability to deal appropriately with problem behaviors of children in the youth/day care center.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assisting children with any help needed including serving lunch or dinner with drinks.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must ensure the cleanliness of the youth/day care center.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure that daily assignments are completed in their designated areas to uphold Club standards and maintain orderly and organized workspaces, arranging the entry area, and clearing any trash or debris.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Additional Duties</strong>&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions. &nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team’s success.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>About You</strong><br>Required&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A high school diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic first aid and CPR certification to ensure child safety.&nbsp;<br>Preferred&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous experience working with children in a day care, camp, or educational setting is highly desirable.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs is a plus.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with health and safety protocols for childcare environments.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to manage and engage a group of young children in fun, age-appropriate activities.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced or sometimes noisy environment.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Engage in physical activities with children, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on occasion.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Talking, hearing, and seeing.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Primary Tools/Equipment</strong>&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Toys, games, craft supplies, educational materials, etc. &nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Phone, TV, computer, tablet, etc.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;First aid kits, emergency supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. &nbsp;<br><br><strong>Work Schedule</strong> &nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Adherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet position deadlines.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required.&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong><u>What We Offer</u></strong><br>We believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
