    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>The Plumber should have a Journeyman's license and will perform all aspects of commercial service plumbing and gasfitting, backflow testing and repair. Install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing systems in office buildings, and other commercial establishments as assigned. Hours Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (overtime as needed) Salary $38-$52.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as required</li>\n <li>Provide direction and support to sub-contractors designated to perform repair of equipment and/or hardware</li>\n <li>Interface with building managers and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction</li>\n <li>Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders</li>\n <li>Place and/or remove systems, hardware and equipment as required</li>\n <li>Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>You Should Have</h2>\n<p>Education Requirements with one of the following</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p>License Requirement</p>\n<ul>\n <li>State License Journeyman in Plumbing</li>\n <li><em><strong>Big Plus - WSSC certified</strong></em></li>\n <li>Backflow Certification is a Requirement</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license with reliable transportation</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience and Physical Expectations</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience within a service role</li>\n <li>Able to lift to sixty (60) pounds</li>\n <li>Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EOE, including disability/veterans</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Why You'll Love Working With Us</h2>\n<p>Complete Building Services (CBS) is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors.
