Operations and Revenue Systems Trainer
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time (40/hour per week)
Locations available: Lenoir City area, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs. Maintain training manuals, competency checklists, and criteria for certification pathways. Deliver training using blended formats, including classroom instruction, virtual training, quick-reference guides, skills checklists, hands-on support, and shadowing. Ensure all training content is consistent, scalable, and standardized across all sites. Evaluate staff skills through knowledge checks, competency assessments, and direct observation. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in healthcare practice management or front-office operations. Experience training or onboarding staff. Proficiency with practice management and EHR systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel frequently between clinic locations. Why Join Us:
