    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>$22-$26/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>*We will pay for you to get RBT certified for this position!*</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Behavior Technician is responsible for the implementation of applied behavior analysis educational and treatment programs with individual clients aged 1 to 22 in their home, ABA Center, and within the community, under the direction of the clinical team. A Behavior Analyst will directly supervise the treatment and offer support in implementing the strategies to promote independence across a variety of functional skills. Collect data as prescribed by the Behavior Analyst using a variety of measurement systems and participate in data management. The Behavior Technician participates as a member of client treatment team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Minimum Education Required</h2>High School Diploma/GED\n<h2>Additional Shift Details</h2>Monday-Friday with flexible hours depending on the needs of the family with occasional needs for evenings and weekends.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Enhance the lives of those we serve through positive approaches, remembering that each person has individual needs and learning styles. Follow all approved treatment plans.</li>\n <li>Assist at whatever level necessary to meet the goals outlined in the treatment plan with consultation from Behavior Analyst. </li>\n <li>Assist in the training and orientation of new staff; provide co-workers with positive and constructive feedback.</li>\n <li>Collect accurate data across all aspects within the program. For example, but not limited to: toileting, discrete trial instruction, behavior, natural environment, maintaining client records, etc. </li>\n <li>Participate in the development of individualized plans as appropriate and follow accordingly, as well as actively participate in meetings.</li>\n <li>Work one on one in the ABA Center/client home/community with a child that has special healthcare needs.</li>\n <li>Meet with Behavior Analyst to review and discuss family concerns, scheduling issues, and the administration of the treatment plan.</li>\n <li>Implement instructional strategies consistently and accurately as prescribed by the Behavior Analyst.</li>\n <li>Communicate any medical, physical, or other changes in client status to guardian and the clinical team.</li>\n <li>Implement teaching programs in a positive, supportive, and proactive manner at all times.</li>\n <li>Responsible for implementing all aspects of child’s Treatment Plan including self-care and supporting client and family with toilet training programming.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree and/or RBT Credential (preferred) or, Associate’s Degree (60+ credit hours), or High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of relevant experience</li>\n <li>Must successfully pass background checks.
